Any and all personal information you give to Pinnacle Health Center will remain private and will not be disclosed to any other person or entity with the following exception: Records needed to process medical insurance claims or to assist in your treatment will be disclosed to your insurer or other health care professionals only if you have given prior written permission for such disclosure.
